Attorney Barbara Reynolds prepares Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Health Care Directives designed to help clients of all ages achieve their goals in taking care of their families. This includes guardianship for minor children, protecting assets during their lifetime and transferring assets upon their death in an appropriate way for a client’s beneficiaries while minimizing estate and gift taxes. Attorney Reynolds addresses families’ concerns regarding their senior members, including nursing home, housing, incapacity, and Title 19 issues. Clients turn to Attorney Reynolds for assistance in planning for retirement, long-term care and Medicaid qualification and guidance throughout the application process, including representing them at hearings before administrative agencies or in the probate court.
