Home Health Care:
Established in 1988, GERONNURSING & RESPITE CARE, INC. is a multi-faceted, nursing care organization. We are a private pay nursing agency.
We provide care at:
• the home care level,
• nursing or rehabilitation facilities,
• assisted living centers,
• or hospitals.
With the appropriate caregivers:
• Registered Nurses, RN;
• Licensed Practical Nurses, LPN;
• Certified Nursing Aides, CNA;
• Personal Care Attendants, PCA;
• Homemakers;

Each employee has undergone an extensive criminal background check, is drug screened and physically fit to perform job functions.
Services Provided:
Extensive and consistent attention is given to services ranging from one hour to 24-hour around the clock coverage when needed. Clients’ needs and wishes determine appropriate services.

Hours of Operation: office hours are 9:00am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. After hours: answering service with an “on-call” person addresses questions, comments, concerns, problems, etc. Please call the location near you.

We can work together with a Medicare agency to maximize the well being of the client. Our staff adheres to nursing care plans; advocates for the client and family; and acts as a liaison between client, family, doctor and other professionals alerting family members to any concerns.
GeronNursing & Respite Care, Inc. is a subcontractor for Connecticut Community Care, Inc. and the Dept. of Social Services providing Homemakers, Companions and Chore Persons for those clients accessing their Medicaid benefits.
